Hachi Bento is hands-down the BEST place I've ever eaten. The food is so delicious that if I could only eat ONE thing forever, it would be their bento boxes. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for any meal. The staff (the owner, maybe) is not only super kind and friendly but also incredibly attractive (he's married tho--sorry girls). He speaks perfect English, and very accommodate, so if you're a tourist and don't speak French, worry not. The service is quick, but you'll want to take your time savoring every bite. If you're in Paris and skip Hachi Bento, you're seriously missing out on amazing food and a charming dining experience. We liked it so much we visited twice during our weeklong stay in Paris, once for dinner and once for lunch. We loved the karaage in particular, but all of the dishes we tried were wonderful. We even enjoyed the chef's special, which was a more European "fusion" with a balsamic reduction on the fish. The friendly and helpful service, and the diverse clientele made for a fun experience.
